Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer

When the weather starts getting warmer, I'm all about lighter makeup. If I can still look put together without the use of heavy, full coverage foundations, then I'm all for it. I've been putting Caudalie's Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer* to the test - can a tinted moisturizer really make me forget about my heavier foundations?! Read on to find out...

Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer

"This tinted moisturizer’s mineral pigments cover skin imperfections, leaving you with a smooth, even complexion so that over time, spots become less visible, and the skin is more beautiful. Great for all skin types, it contains a high concentration of viniferine, which is more effective than vitamin C. It’s formulated with a blend of mineral pigments to blend with skin to cover skin imperfections, leaving a very natural-looking yet smooth finish." - Sephora

Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer

Caudalie's Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer comes packaged in a sleek white squeeze tube. There are two shades available, and I use the lighter shade - 01 Light. If you've used any of Caudalie's products before then you'll instantly recognize the light grape fragrance. I apply this tinted moisturizer with my fingers - it blends really easily. You can definitely use a brush if you wanted to, but I think it's easier with just my fingers, and I also love that now I don't have a brush to clean!

This formula from Caudalie is nice and light, it really just feels like I'm applying a moisturizer! I normally prefer a medium to full coverage foundation, but I can actually get pretty decent (medium) coverage from this tinted moisturizer! I then go in with some concealer to cover any blemishes, and set everything for the day with a touch of powder. I absolutely love that this formula contains broad spectrum SPF 20, so it truly does leave you prepared for a hot Summer day!

If you couldn't already tell, I'm kind of in love with this new formula from Caudalie! Can I also say that I can appreciate Caudalie calling this a tinted moisturizer, and not a BB cream? If you're looking to switch out your Winter foundation for something a bit lighter, then I'd definitely recommend checking out Caudalie's Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer! My press sheet says that a 40 mL tube will cost you $49, but I also see that Sephora is selling this for $62 CAD. Do some shopping around to make sure that you're not over paying!

  1. I'm so happy they released these again, because the original one was just way too orange but from your swatch this looks a lot more promising.
