I'm all for quick, easy, 2-in-1 products, as long as they actually get the job done. I've been trying out L'Oréal's Dual Stylers* ($26 CAD) for the past few months - this new hair styling line combines a gel and cream, all in one convenient bottle!
"Gone are the days when you had to choose between style and malleability, volume and texture. No more crowding your bathroom cabinet with products for the perfect style. What if you no longer had to compromise and could achieve the ideal texture with just one product? DUAL STYLERS is a three-product addition to the popular TECNI.ART line that gives you style, softness, and protection without making any concessions." - L'Oréal
There are three formulations in the new Dual Stylers range. First, we have the purple bottle, Sleek & Swing, which promises sleek, never stiff hair. Drastic devolumizing, while hair still stays sleek and flexible. This formula also provides heat and frizz protection, and a bit of added shine! Next we have the green tube, Liss & Pump-Up, which provides long-lasting body and volume while also protecting against heat and humidity. This formula will provide up to 72 hours of volume while hair still has natural movement. Finally, we have my favourite, the yellow tube, Bouncy & Tender. This formula is meant for long lasting curls and bounce, while also providing anti-humidity and anti-fluffness action! Since I normally wear my hair naturally wavy, this formula has been my go-to. I love that when I use this Dual Styler, I can only use this - no more mousse, gel, styling creams, etc. This 2 in 1 makes things super easy, and my hair doesn't get weighed down!
To use these gel & cream duos, press on the middle of the tube (it actually shows you exactly where to squeeze on the back of the tube!). The cream is held in an inner chamber, so the gel and cream only combine once they're squeezed out of the tube!
If you're looking for a great, easy 2-1 in hair styling product then look no further than L'Oréal's Dual Stylers! Which formula do you think would work best for your hair type?
