The Body Shop Honey Bronze Highlighting Domes

The Body Shop has expanded their Honey Bronze line, and today I have the 3 new Highlighting Domes* to share with you! The three shades are actually a bronzer, blush, and highlighter, but they all have a beautiful glowy quality to them. The little pods house the cream formula, and they're small enough to pop into any travel makeup bag!

"Highlight cheeks with a natural looking flush of warm shimmer, whatever your skin tone. The creamy, lightweight texture glides onto skin for a soft finish with a delicious honey fragrance.

These little domes contain 6.5 grams of product, which will definitely last you quite a while. There's a very faint honey scent to these cream pods, but it's barely noticeable. To use, simply swipe the dome on to your cheeks - you can use all three shades to create a complete look! 01 is the beautiful highlighter shade, a pale gold shimmer colour. Shade 02 is the pink blush tone, also with a healthy amount of shimmer. Finally, we have shade 03, which is the shimmery bronzer. I wouldn't recommend using this as a contouring shade, since it is shimmery. This bronzer might actually work well as a neutral blush, depending on your skin tone.

All three shades have a wonderful silky & creamy formula, and the colour glides onto your skin without tugging or pulling. You can then blend out the colour with either your fingers or a brush. I do find that these cream products don't set fully on their own, so you'll want to top them off with a matching powder product for maximum wear time!

The Body Shop's Honey Bronze Highlighting Domes are a great new addition to the Honey Bronze line! These little domes are just adorable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the pigmentation of these. Each dome will run you $16 CAD, but The Body Shop is constantly running deals, so I'd say keep your eyes out for a promotion before purchasing! :)

  2. I agree about the finish, I wish the product was more long-lasting on its own!
