From my own experience, when most people find out that I'm vegan, they immediately feel the need to tell me that they could never follow a diet that strict. That's the way it might seem at first - going vegan is a huge lifestyle change - but I'm positive that it's not actually as hard as you might think. Even trying to incorporate a few more vegan meals into your diet every week can make a positive change in your life - both physically and karmically.

I think that this would be a great read for anyone who is unsure about what veganism is all about, vegetarian but thinking about going vegan, or a lifelong vegan looking for more recipes!
