Throughout our travels we'll be staying in Airbnb's, which we've had great success with in both NYC and Barcelona. Hotels in Paris can be quite expensive (similar to New York City), so I think that an Airbnb is definitely the way to go.
While we're in Paris, there are a few things that we're dying to see. Of course, you wouldn't expect us to go to Paris without wanting to see the Eiffel Tower, would you? I've heard that the Eiffel Tower is just stunning at night when it's all lit up!
Dylan is most excited about visiting the Catacombs in Paris. Although this freaks me out a bit, I'll be a good wife and join him on a tour!
And since I've never been to any Disney parks, we have to take a day trip to Disneyland Paris! I'm really excited to ride the rides, see all of the characters, and experience the magic!
For our time in Brussels, we don't have too much planned out, I mostly just want to openly explore the city! Manneken Pis is on every Brussels city guide, and while I've heard that it's a bit of a let down, I still think that it'll make for some funny pictures.
I'm also excited to see Grand Place, it just looks so magical!
I would love to see some other cities in Belgium - Ghent is at the top of my list, but I'm not sure that we have time. If you've been to Belgium, how many days would you say is sufficient in Brussels?
We'll be in Europe for a week and a half total, and I couldn't be more excited! If you've been to Paris and/or Brussels, I would love any travel tips that you had. Where are your favourite spots, restaurants, attractions, etc.? Be sure to follow along with my travel adventures on Instagram, where I'm sure I'll be posting all about my travels!
