November 2015 Beauty Favourites!

Well hello! So it turns out that I haven't shared a favourites post since August 2014! Oh my gosh, has it really been that long?! Every month I mean to post about all of my favourite products, but then I procrastinate and for some reason it just feels wrong to post about favourites after the first week of the month. I really do love favourites posts, and reading about other peoples' all star products, so I'm really going to try to keep on track with these from now on!

November 2015 Beauty Favourites

First up is a hair product from Pureology that I've been using every time I wash my hair. Pureology's Strength Cure Fabulous Lengths Treatment* (reviewed here) works to strengthen the hair fiber to reduce breakage. I've been applying 3 pumps to damp hair, like a leave-in treatment. This treatment also provides heat protection, so you can go ahead and blowdry, curl, straighten, etc.

My go to blush for the past few months has been Urban Decay's Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Blush in Obsessed* (reviewed here), it's even the blush that I wore on my wedding day! This pretty pink blush has just the right amount of pigmentation (it's not too bold!) and a matte finish, making it a great everyday blush.

I've recently re-fallen in love with Epic Blend's Lip Balms, and my current fave is Vegan Wild Berry* (reviewed here)! This formula is perfect for combating dry, chapped lips, which will inevitably happen at least once as the seasons are changing. To go along with the theme of hydration, I've been applying Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve* (reviewed here) like crazy. This hand cream is super thick, and it's definitely keeping my hands in good shape even though it's getting colder and dryer out!

And finally we have hakuho-do + SEPHORA's Kusabi Wedge Sloping Powder Brush* (reviewed here)! This brush is made of synthetic bristles (yay!), and is super, super soft. I've been using this brush to apply my powder (excuse the dirty bristles!), and I find that this brush offers a fairly high level of coverage!

November 2015 Beauty Favourites

So there you have it, 5 of my favourite products from not only November, but also the past few months. As I said before, I'm going to try to be way more consistent with these favourites posts, as I really do enjoy sharing all of my go-to products with you all. Would you be interested in see a 2015 yearly favourites post at the end of the year?

  1. I'm so bad at doing regular favourites posts too! I don't think I've done one in months.

I love Epic Lip Balms! It's hard to find all natural lip balms and these ones taste great too.
