February 2016 Empties

Well hello again friends! It's that time of the month where we go through my trash and talk about EMPTIES! I think that I did pretty well this past month using up a wide range of products, so let's jump right in!

February 2016 Empties

KEVIN.MURPHY Born.Again Moisture Therapy Shampoo & Essential Treatment (reviewed here) - I went back to this line because I remember really liking how hydrating it was. However, I really didn't like this duo when I revisited it, this time with blonde hair. I didn't find it moisturizing enough, especially now that my hair is so much drier.

THEFACESHOP Strawberry Hand & Body Cream (reviewed here) - I used up this little tub pretty quickly! I absolutely loved the yummy strawberry scent, and the gel-like consistency absorbed really quickly into my skin.

Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve (reviewed here) - Dylan and I both loved this hand cream, and I even featured it in my November 2015 Favourites! However, I don't think that Kiehl's is cruelty free, so I won't be repurchasing.

Pantene Aqua Light Weightless Conditioning Shake (reviewed here) - I really liked spritzing this onto my hair throughout the day to add a bit more moisture into my dry locks!

Pantene 2-Minute Deep Conditioner - This was a nice drugstore hair masque, but it was a bit too lightweight for my super thick and dry hair!

Bioderma Sébium H2O (reviewed here) - I've had this huge bottle for years! I finally used it up, and I was sad to see it go. Bioderma is one of my favourite makeup remover brands, their products are just so gentle yet effective!

essence plump no clump! volume mascara (reviewed here) -This was a nice drugstore mascara, but it did clump a little bit (despite the convincing name!), and it didn't give me that much volume.

Sacred Earth Shea Mousse Total Body Repair Balm (reviewed here) - This was a very rich and indulgent body lotion. In the tub, it's actually a solid, and then it melts with body heat, a bit like coconut oil. This formula was super hydrating, making it a great option for those cold & dry Winter months!

Caudalie Cleansing Water (reviewed here) - This was another gentle makeup remover! This travel sized bottle was really convenient to take on weekend getaways and vacations!

February 2016 Empties

The Body Shop Honeymania Lip Balm (reviewed here) - This is one of my favourite lip balms from The Body Shop! I've already gone through a few tubs, and I actually already have a backup that I can't wait to dig into!

Fresh Sugar Rosé Lip Treatment (reviewed here) - This was part of my Products I Want to Use Up in 2016 Challenge, but I have to say that it was pretty easy to use up! These minis only take me about a week to go through if I'm using them as my everyday lip balm. I really like these Fresh Lip Treatments, and the Rosé shade is fairly subtle.

Fresh Rose Face Mask (reviewed here) - This is a really nice pampering & hydrating face mask that is also quite luxurious since it contains real rose petals!

Caudalie Beauty Elixir (reviewed here) - I've gone through quite a few bottles of this magical potion, and I absolutely love it! However, my only complaint is with the packaging - I've had a few bottles now with somewhat faulty pumps. This last bottle was a bit irritating because it would sometimes takes 5 pumps to get just one spritz. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Lush Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar - This was such a fun product! I really love Lush's limited edition products, and this was no exception!

CoLab London Classic Dry Shampoo - I really like these CoLab Dry Shampoos! However these travel size bottles don't seem to hold that much product, and I go through them so quickly!

Origins Clear Improvement Purifying Charcoal Body Wash (reviewed here) - I really liked this shower gel, but as I mentioned in my review, it wasn't anything super special for the price.

Tuscany Candle Farmers Market - I found a bunch of these candles on sale a while ago, and I'm working my way through my stash! This scent is super warm and inviting, and I'd definitely repurchase!

February 2016 Empties

I think that February was a great month for empties! For March, I really want to focus on using up more lip products, as I have a few lipsticks and glosses that are almost empty anyways. What products have you used up lately?
