Lilac Fairy is a pale dusty lavender that tends to lean quite beige in natural lighting. In the swatches before it looks like a pretty purple polish, but in real life it was a pretty boring colour unfortunately! However, the formula was creamy and easy to work with, and opaque with two coats.
Satin Slippers is definitely a polish that I can envision a real ballerina wearing! This light shimmery beige would make a great office or interview appropriate polish, as it's quite subtle. I love that the coverage of this polish was buildable, becoming fully opaque after three coats.
Ballet Barre is definitely the standout from this curated collection! If you can believe it, this metallic silver polish is fully opaque with just one coat! I don't even remember the last time I was able to wear a polish with just one coat... Plus, I didn't have any issues with bald spots, streaking, etc. A real winner!
April's #ColorCurators polishes are available now at Sephora, are you planning on picking any of the three limited edition shades? My top pick is definitely Ballet Barre, although it isn't exactly very Spring-y!
