Breakfast
I woke up early so I had a bit of extra time to make something for breakfast! I decided to make a tofu scramble, fry up some potatoes, and two of Yves Veggie Breakfast Links. Scrambled tofu is so easy to make, it's super yummy, and it will provide you with a nutritious start to your day!
Lunch
For lunch I had two of Gardein's BBQ Pulled Porkless Pocket Meals. My husband had picked up a box of these at WalMart after seeing them all over Instagram. Let me tell you, these definitely deserve all of the hype that they're getting! I'd definitely recommend cooking these in the oven, as they turned out perfectly for us.
Snacks
Throughout the afternoon I snacked on some red grapes and some orange slices!
Dinner
I made a big bowl of Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner - it's one of my favourite meals! The alfredo sauce is actually made from potatoes, onions, cashews, and nutritional yeast!
Dessert
To end of my day, I made Banana Nice Cream with Chocolate Sauce! So good!
Ah, all of this looks so yummy! I really have to make a tofu scramble more often- so easy and delicious :)
