Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss in Dainty

So far, I've just tried out brow products from Anastasia Beverly Hills (I'm currently obsessed with their Brow Whiz!), but I've recently ventured into their more extensive makeup line! Today I'll be sharing their beautiful Lip Gloss in Dainty* ($21 CAD/0.16 oz), which is a pretty peachy pink shade.

"This ultra-smooth, weightless formula combines the intensity of a stain with the mirror-like shine of a gloss. The flat, sponge-tip applicator delivers multidimensional pigment neatly and precisely. Wear it alone or layer with lipstick to create a custom look." - Sephora

For a lip gloss, I have to say that this formula is fairly pigmented. You can definitely wear this gloss on it's own - I don't think that there's really any reason to pair it with a lipstick, it's that pigmented! And Dainty is one of the lighter shades available!

The packaging for Anastasia Beverly Hills' Lip Glosses is fairly simple - clear plastic tubes with a flattened doe foot applicator. The wand makes application pretty easy, and I can paint on Dainty in a flash without even using a mirror. That's how I know that this is a product that I'll get a lot of use out of!

I can get about 4 hours of wear time out of this gloss, which is pretty great for my lips! You will have to reapply after eating/drinking, as this formula isn't transfer-proof. Dainty is a peachy pink colour that I think will be great for Spring/Summer. Shades like this one can sometimes wash me out, but I do feel like Dainty is warm enough that it doesn't make me look like a ghost!

There are a ton of shades available in this range, and I have my sights set on Dusty Lilac and Peony next! If you've tried out any of Anastasia Beverly Hills' Lip Glosses, I'd love to hear your shade recommendations! ABH is a cruelty free company, and after a quick check of the ingredients, it looks like this gloss is vegan as well! <3

  1. This is the perfect shade for spring/summer and I need to get my hands on some of the ABH lip glosses but they don't stock them here in the UK :( I'll need to order them from abroad xx
