I started off my day with a Peach Smoothie Bowl! The smoothie base was made up of guava juice, bananas, peaches, and strawberries. I topped off the bowl with more peaches, raspberries, and kiwi!
I stopped by Whole Foods to grab some food from their warm bar for lunch. I got some raspberry beets, curried tofu, and sweet potato wedges, and everything was delicious! I also had some leftover rice from the night before, but I forgot to take a photo.
I didn't snack too much throughout the day, I just had a bowl of red grapes, which were absolutely delicious!
My husband got a bit creative in the kitchen and made vegan Big Mac's! I have actually never had a real Big Mac, so I didn't know what I was in for. Dylan used Gardein's Ultimate Beefless Burgers, Daiya Cheddar Style Slices, pickles, shredded lettuce, onions, and a homemade Big Mac Sauce using Hellmann's vegan mayo, diced onions, French dressing, relish, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let me tell you, this was one messy burger! Dylan made his traditionally with 2 patties, but I just stuck to one.
I recently received these Sugarfina Sugar Lips in a recent press package from Caudalie! A lot of Sugarfina's candies are not vegan, but to my delight these didn't contain any gelatin, and they were delicious - although also extremely sour.
