What I Ate In A Day #22 - Vegan

Hello friends! I'm back today with another What I Ate In A Day post (you can see last week's food diary here).  I'm vegan, so of course everything I'm sharing is free from any sort of animal products/by-products. Of course I drink a ton of water throughout the day - I try to get in at least 8 cups every day.

Breakfast

I started off my day with some Yoso Vanilla Yogurt with Love Crunch Organic Dark Chocolate & Red Berries Granola, which is such a delicious combination! I also had a mango and a pear

Grilled cheese is such an easy meal, and there are so many different vegan cheeses on the market, so there's something out there for everyone's tastes. I used Field Roast's Creamy Original Chao Slices, which are the bomb! I also really love adding pickle slices into my grilled cheese - anyone else do this?

Snacks

It's been seriously hot in Ottawa this past week, so popsicles have been a definite staple in my diet! A lot of popsicles have dairy or gelatin in them, but you can definitely find some vegan options out there.

I also chopped up a fresh pineapple, cause it's just such a Summery fruit!

Dinner 

Veggie stir fries are one of my go-to dinners, I just find them so easy to whip up! This day's stir fry included carrots, edamame, onion, garlic, tofu, and yellow bell pepper mixed with mixed some teriyaki sauce with some hoisin sauce, on a generous bed of jasmine rice.
