Dew Puff makes three different konjac sponges, and I've been trying out two of them. First up is the Bamboo Charcoal Dew Puff, which is best suited to anyone with oily or blemish-prone skin. Fresh out of the package, these sponges are rock hard and they feel quite dense. To use, saturate the sponge with water - it will take a little while for the sponge to soften. You can then add your favourite cleanser, or use the sponge on it's own, almost massaging the sponge in a circular motion all over your face. I really like how gentle this sponge is! After cleansing, you can hang up the sponge to dry out until the next time you use it. I have a shower caddy so it's easy for me to hang up my sponge every day. However, I can see how this could be inconvenient for some people.

Next up is the Asian Clay Dew Puff, which is best formulated for anyone with dry, flaky skin. This sponge works to help stimulate skin cells while absorbing impurities below the pore level. Helps to leave your skin looking radiant, and awakens tired or aging skin.

Dew Puffs can be used daily, and should be replaced every 3 months, or sooner if the sponge is damaged or torn. To prolong the life of your sponge, don't wring out excess water - gently squeeze instead. These sponges are vegan, naturally pH balanced, and biodegradable/compostable.
Have you ever tried konjac sponges? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this skincare tool!
