July 2017 Empties

I'm a bit late with my July empties - life has just been crazy busy these last few months! But, better late than never, right? This month's empties is composed of mostly skin care products, and only a few makeup bits.

July 2017 Empties

Nivea Creme Care Shower Cream - This product was unique in the fact that it's a body moisturizer that you apply it to wet skin in the shower, and then rinse off. I found that it did add a slight boost of hydration to my skin and was easy to use, but unfortunately Nivea isn't cruelty free so I won't be repurchasing.

Philosophy Vanilla Bean Nutmeg 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel & bubble bath - This scent was absolutely divine! So warm and yummy... it pains me that Philosophy isn't cruelty free!

Fresh Seaberry Skin Nutrition Cleansing Oil - This was a nice cleansing oil, it removed all of my makeup with ease. If you have any cruelty free dupes please let me know!

Lush The Kiss Lip Scrub - I use a lip scrub every single night, and Lush's are some of my favourites. This particular scent was limited edition for Valentine's Day, and while it was nice, I have to admit that it was a bit too sweet for my liking.

Burt's Bees Coconut & Pear Lip Balm - I've grown to really like Burt's Bees lip balm over the last year! I don't rely on lip balm nearly as much as I used to, and the waxier texture of these balms is actually quite nice.

eyeko Eye Do Liquid Liner - I received this in a Glossy Box a while ago, but just recently fell in love with this mini! I prefer to use a liquid liner, and this formula was incredible. Very easy to apply, create a wing, and it didn't smudge throughout the day.

July 2017 Empties

Bioderma Sensibio Tolerance+ - This facial moisturizer was very gentle, making it a great option for those with sensitive skin.

The Body Shop Satsuma Shower Gel Mini - Who doesn't love the Satsuma line from The Body Shop?! I've been using this line on and off since I was in high school, and I still can't get enough of it. Will definitely repurchase in the future.

Bioderma S├ębium Pore Refiner - I had this tube kicking around for far too long, and I finally got around to using it up! You can use this product as a moisturizer or as a primer, but I chose to use it as the former. This was a great Summer moisturizer, as it was very lightweight. Not sure that I loved it enough to repurchase, but it was nice.

Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser - This was just a mini, and I brought it with my to Portugal. It's been a minute since I've used a foaming cleanser, but this one was quite nice. I've been exploring the Ole Henriksen brand this year, and I've been really impressed!

Crabtree & Evelyn Avocado, Olive & Basil Hand Therapy - This was a great mini size to keep in my purse, and the formula was super hydrating without being greasy. I'll have to research whether or not C&E is cruelty free before I go to repurchase! Right now I'm using a hand cream from The Body Shop!

July 2017 Empties

Live Clean Exotic Nectar Argan Oil Restorative Shampoo & Conditioner - This duo was nice and hydrating without weighing my hair down! Live Clean has some really great hair care products, and I love that they're all cruelty free and vegan.

Live Clean Argan Oil Hydrating Liquid Hand Soap Refill - I've mentioned this many times, but Live Clean's hand soaps are by far my favourite! Their refills are a great way to cut down on packaging waste, and they're also more affordable.

July 2017 Empties

So there you have it, my July 2017 empties! Hopefully next month I'll have more beauty empties to share with you - I'm super close to finishing up two foundations!

What products have you emptied recently? Have you tried any of the products that made it into my recycling bin this month?
